TROVE #9 -- BABY DOLL'S KNITTED LAYETTE -- FOR CHRISTMAS JOY.

This pattern from Trove is relatively modern - 1971. There are seven pieces: dress, matinee jacket, bonnet, bootees, vest and panties, and tiny shawl or cot-cover, sized for a 12" doll.

This is a particularly pretty set, don't you think? Click here for the original Trove article from the Australian Women's Weekly. Scroll down for my copy, edited for easier reading. I use KnitPicks Palette sock/fingering yarn and US3 needles.
